Correct answer: 1928

Explanation: The correct answer is D. 1928. The Hindustan Socialist Republican Army (HSRA) was founded in 1928 by a group of young revolutionaries, including Bhagat Singh, Chandrasekhar Azad, Sukhdev, and Rajguru. It was an evolution of the earlier Hindustan Republican Association (HRA), which had been founded in 1924 by Ram Prasad Bismil and others. After the death of Bismil and other leaders, the remaining members reorganized the group with a new name and a socialist ideology.
